I am a passionate Designer and Creative individual who thrives on utilizing creativity in every aspect of my work. Whether I'm crafting a brand identity or devising advertising strategies, I always approach projects with a unique perspective and an eagerness to push boundaries. What sets me apart is my ability to think beyond the conventional. Before embarking on any design endeavor, I immerse myself in the product or service, envisioning captivating narratives that can be woven into the final creation. I believe that a truly successful design not only looks visually appealing but also tells a compelling story that resonates with its audience. I use creativity the most in product design, but would be happy to show my skills in any industry where they can solve a problem that needs a creative solution. Stephen Mayer, a Salt Lake City native, was nurtured in the publishing world by his magazine-running father and developed a fascination for fonts upon receiving a Mac for his family. During his collegiate years, he skipped lectures and gained knowledge about typeface—and life—by working as a designer for his university newspaper.

He also worked independently as a consultant, bridging the gap between typeface creators and users, always championing the needs of both parties. Not only is he the co-founder of the web platforms, Typographica and Fonts In Use, Stephen has also penned a regular column for Print magazine and authored the acclaimed book The Anatomy of Type. In 2017, he became an integral part of the nonprofit library and museum, Letterform Archive, as an Associate Curator and Editorial Director.

I worked at Digitain as a Partner Design team lead, and during that time, which coincided with the spread of Covid 19 and lockdown, we reorganized the team from scratch and at the same time ensured a clear, uninterrupted process. As a result of the correct distribution of work and the creation of definite mechanisms, the team was able to almost double the number of clients in a very short period of time.
